The boys served plenty of purposes in this story. A little comic relief. A little window into Felix. A little bit antagonists. I liked having them in the story, because they’re still young enough to not have girls dominate their thoughts…nope, it’s still video games and comic books. But, given that this is the last scene with the boys, I wanted to give a little foreshadowing that the days when girls become their primary focus are not far off.
Saving...

I’ll miss the crazy boys.
Also, I must find an excuse to use ‘does the pope crap in the woods’ at some point in my life.
money one-liner!
bhahaha love the screwed up one-liner!
Feel free to use that line, Diz.
Sootch’s line was something not in the original script. Whatever I had before was just flat. And I’m pretty sure I started using that expression around his age myself.
Now I’m curious. Does the pope, in fact, crap in the woods?
Alternative text for Felix’ last speech bubble.
