Over is written and drawn by comic book creator Tyler James.     Tyler is the creator of Super Seed, the story of the world’s first super powered fertility clinic and ICE: Interrogation Control Element, a political thriller, which were both  featured at Zuda Comics. Tyler is also the writer of Tears of the Dragon, a fantasy webcomic.  He teaches a series of workshops on creating comics for adults and children and writes the column Creating Comics! The Art + Craft at Comic Related, a popular comics culture, news and reviews site.

When not creating comics, Tyler works as a game designer and content producer for a video game company in Newburyport, Massachusetts.  Tyler’s a graduate of Georgetown University’s School of Foreign Service and the Harvard Graduate School of Education.
